We are 8th graders. We love social studies and are going to use our knowledge of the past to rock this world for the better. We love to learn, laugh, talk, blog, glog, create and share.
This is amazing! I like the last part where it says "I was a happy woman, before my death. A black woman, before my death. But now, I am a dead woman." That's really intense! I also like how you made the woman seem happy, like she enjoyed her life, which is a nice change from what the other ones are like. Great job! :)
This is great! I like the last part also! I like how you showed how the woman had a good life except for her lynching and that her life in the Jim Crow Era wasn't as torturous as we all thought.
